【配方】细辛600克，荜茇、黑胡椒、生草乌、生川乌、生半夏、生南星、蟾酥各300克，樟脑、薄荷脑各100克，95%乙醇(酒精)10千克。
【制法】先将前7味药分别切碎或粉碎成粗末，备用。蟾酥以适量水煮沸5分钟(主要为减轻毒性，不影响疗效)，与上述药材置于同一容器内，加入95%乙醇密封，浸泡1个月后，滤取上层清液，加入樟脑、薄荷脑搅拌溶解，必要时过滤，储瓶备用。
【功效】消肿止痛。
【主治】跌打损伤，疼痛不已。
【用法】外用：用脱脂棉球蘸药液涂擦患部，每日涂擦1～3次。

[ formula ] 600 g asarum, 300 g Piper longum, 300 g black pepper, raw Aconitum kusnezoffii, raw Pinellia ternata, raw Nanxing and Toad crisp, 100 g camphor and menthol, and 10 kg 95% ethanol (alcohol).
[ preparation method ] the first seven herbs were chopped or crushed into coarse powder, and then set aside. The toad venom was boiled with appropriate amount of water for 5 minutes (mainly to reduce the toxicity and not affect the curative effect). It was placed in the same container with the above medicinal materials, sealed with 95% ethanol, soaked for 1 month, filtered out the supernatant, added camphor and menthol, stirred and dissolved, filtered if necessary, and stored in the bottle for standby.
