【配方】菟丝子全草(新鲜)180克，白酒(或75%乙醇)360毫升。
【制法】将上药洗净，切碎，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡5～7日后，过滤去渣，即成。
【功效】祛风止痒。
【主治】白癜风。
【用法】外用：每取此药酒涂搽患处，日涂搽数次。

【配方】菟丝子40克，女贞子40克，枸杞子30克，熟地黄40克，制何首乌24克，山茱萸20克，墨旱莲40克，补骨脂30克，肉苁蓉24克，桑椹30克。
【制法】上述药物置陶瓷或玻璃容器中，倒入白酒1500毫升浸泡，密封容器瓶口。期间每隔2日将药酒容器振荡数次，3周后过滤即得。
【用法】口服。每次15～20毫升，每日2次。
【功效】滋阴补阳，益精养血。
【主治】慢性再生障碍性贫血。
【宜忌】感染发热、出血者慎用。
【附记】慢性再生障碍性贫血是以造血干细胞数量减少和质的缺陷为主所致的造血障碍，导致红骨髓总容量减少为主要表现的一组综合征。慢性再生障碍性贫血的治疗，中医大多从补肾入手，或补阴为主，或补阳为主，但不能单补一方。所以大多采用阴中求阳，或阳中求阴的方法，以求阳生阴长，阴阳平衡。本方熟地黄、女贞子、制何首乌、枸杞子、山茱萸、桑椹、墨旱莲滋补肾阴。
配伍菟丝子、补骨脂、肉苁蓉温补肾阳，即寓阳中求阴之意。
