葛根桂枝酒

配方葛根、炒白芍各50克,桂枝丹参各30克,甘草10克,白酒500毫升。

制法】将前五味粗碎,置容器中,加入白酒,密封,浸泡5~7日后,过滤去渣,即得。

功效】祛风通络,舒筋缓急。

主治】项背强直,拘急。

用法】日服,每次温服15~30毫升,日服3次。

附记】笔者经验方。若兼用本药酒按摩,涂搽患部,每日3次,效果更佳。

[ formula ] Pueraria lobata, stir fried Paeonia alba, Cinnamon Twig, Salvia miltiorrhiza 30 g, liquorice 10 g, liquor 500 ml.

[ preparation method ] the first five flavors are crushed, placed in a container, added with liquor, sealed, soaked for 5-7 days, filtered to remove residue.
