【配方】山楂、红糖各60克，白酒30毫升。
【制法】将山楂捣碎，用文火炒至略焦，离火，加入白酒搅拌，再加水200毫升，煎15分钟，过滤去渣，加红糖，拌和即可。

[ preparation method ] smash the hawthorn, stir fry with slow fire until slightly burnt, leave the fire, add liquor to stir, add 200 ml water, fry for 15 minutes, filter to remove residue, add brown sugar, and mix.
