【配方】马钱子、木鳖子、白芥子、五灵脂、穿山甲、川乌、草乌、南星、牙皂各30克，生狼毒120克，大戟、甘遂、肉桂、于姜、麻黄、各15克，白酒1000毫升。
【制法】将前十五味捣碎，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡一周后即可取用。
【功效】解毒，祛寒，除湿，通经。
【主治】因寒湿、痰凝、阴毒所致的阴疽证，如脉管炎等。
【用法】外用：未溃阴疽，将此药酒调其药敷患处；已溃阴疽，将此药酒浸纱布条入疮口内。每日换药1次。

【制法】将处方一药物用白酒1000毫升浸泡1个月，过滤去渣，装瓶备用。将处方二硫黄研细，与荞面、麦面混合均匀，备用。
【用法】外用。治未溃阴疽，将药酒调处方二药粉，敷患处；治已溃阴疽，将消毒纱布条浸药酒后塞入疮口内。每日1次。
【功效】解毒，祛寒，除湿，涤痰，通络。
【主治】因寒湿、痰凝、阴毒所致的阴疽。
【宜忌】本品有毒，谨防入口。
【附记】阴疽，一般指发于深部肌肉筋骨间的疮肿，如骨髓炎等。
