【配方】黄药子、海藻各1200克，浙贝母900克，白酒7500毫升。
【制法】将前三味研为粗末，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，隔水加热，不时搅拌至酒沸腾，取出，连酒带药倒入坛内，趁热封闭，静置10日，过滤去渣，储瓶备用。
【功效】散结软坚。
【主治】地方性甲状腺肿。
【用法】口服：每次服10毫升，日服3次。

【配方】黄药子90克，海藻150克，浙贝母110克。
【制法】上药共研粗末，置净器内，加白酒1000毫升，隔水加热，不时搅拌至沸，取出，连酒带药倒入坛内，趁热封闭，静置10天，滤过装瓶，备用。
【用法】口服。每次10毫升，每日3次。
【功效】软坚散结。
【主治】单纯性甲状腺肿。
【宜忌】肝功能不良者忌服。
【附记】原书记载黄药子剂量与海藻相同，因黄药子有小毒，剂量大易对肝脏造成损害，故改为现剂量。为了便于家庭制作，处方中药物和白酒剂量约为原书所载剂量的1/8。
