【配方】紫荆皮、四块瓦、九节风、血三七、生川乌、生草乌、樟脑、冰片各等份，白酒适量。
【制法】将上药置容器内，加入高度白酒(以酒浸过药面3～5厘米为宜)密封，浸泡月余后即可。
【功效】祛风散寒，温经通脉，活血止痛。
【主治】腰椎间盘突出。
【用法】外用。用药酒做推拿。患者俯卧，胸上部垫枕，两上肢放于枕侧，全身肌肉放松。术者立于患者床边，手握拳蘸上药酒，沿腰到受累一侧肢体的坐骨神经，由轻渐重，自上而下用药酒反复推拿15～20分钟，疼痛明显处稍加按压，重点推拿。每日1次，1个月为1个疗程。
