[ usage ] external use: firstly, use 0.1% Bromogeramine (benzalkonium bromide) solution to clean the wound surface, remove blisters, dirty skin and dirt, and then rinse it with normal saline, and then dry the wound water with sterile gauze, and lay a disinfection sheet. At this time, 1% Dyclonine solution (no more than 1G in total) was applied to the wound surface to reduce the pain. After 2-3 minutes, the medicinal liquor (liquid) was sprayed or applied externally to form scab. In the early stage, the drug solution was sprayed once every 2-4 hours, and the wound surface was baked with a light bulb or electric hair dryer to promote the formation of drug scab. After the scab is firm, spray the solution 1-2 times a day.
[ postscript ] is quoted from "fumigation, washing, ironing and rubbing therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for all diseases". In order to avoid long-term pressure on the wound surface, it is necessary to turn over frequently during the treatment, generally once every 2-3 hours. For patients with infection or effusion under the scab, debridement and drainage should be carried out at any time, and drugs should be applied repeatedly to fix the scab.
