【配方】松节、桑枝、桑寄生、钩藤、川续断、天麻、金毛狗脊、秦艽、青木香、海风藤、五加皮、菊花各30克，乌梢蛇75克，蜈蚣5条，狗胫骨100克，白酒5000毫升。
【制法】将前十四味捣碎，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡7日后，过滤去渣，取浸液；另将狗胫骨加水1500毫升，用文火煎至500毫升，入浸液中，混匀，密封，静置3日后，即可服用。
【功效】祛风散寒，搜风通络。
【主治】白虎历节风，走注疼痛，或如虫行，诸般风气。
【用法】口服：每次服15～30毫升，日服3次。
