【配方】生川乌30克，黑豆(炒熟)100克，全蝎10克，干地龙、寻骨风各15克，蜈蚣3条，麝香1.5克，白酒600毫升。
【制法】将川乌、寻骨风切碎，全蝎、地龙、蜈蚣、麝香研为细末，待用。再将黑豆炒香，置容器中，加入白酒，随后加入余药，密封，浸泡7日后，过滤去渣，即成。
