【配方】络石藤30克，秦艽、伸筋草、路路通各20克，高粱酒300毫升。
【制法】将前四味洗净，切碎，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡3～7日后，过滤去渣，即成。
【功效】祛风，活血，通络。
【主治】风痹(行痹)，关节肿胀疼痛，游走不定，恶风，舌质淡红，苔薄白，脉浮紧。适用于风湿性关节炎早期。
【用法】口服：每次服10～20毫升，每日早、晚各服1次。

【附记】络石藤为夹竹桃科植物络石的茎叶，味苦性凉，功能祛风通络、凉血消肿。《本草汇言》曰其：“主筋骨关节，风热肿强，不能动履”，并记载用络石藤配伍当归等药，浸酒服，以治疗本病。秦艽为龙胆科植物秦艽或小秦艽的根，功能祛风利湿、舒筋活络、清热除蒸。《神农本草经》曰其：“主寒热邪气，寒湿风痹，肢节痛”，有良好的抗炎作用。伸筋草，为石松科植物石松的带根全草，有祛风除湿、舒筋通络、活血消肿的功能，《本草拾遗》记载：“主久患风痹，脚膝疼痛。”路路通为金缕梅科植物枫香树的果实，有利气活血、祛风通络的功能。本方尤宜于风湿性关节炎急性期，关节有肿胀疼痛、游走不定的临床表现。
